Jermaine Earl Campbell is co-founder and currently the firm’s Managing Partner. He oversees the firm’s litigation and commercial department.
Jermaine practices in a wide range of areas of law including, Banking & Finance, Commercial, Construction & Development, Criminal, Family, Personal Injury, Labour & Employment, Litigation & Dispute Resolution Sports and Entertainment Law. Jermaine represents clients in all parishes and in all tiers of courts in Jamaica. He places tremendous emphasis on managing and maintaining solid relationships with clients so that each client can progress feeling positive about the outcome they received.
In addition to his extensive experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, Jermaine offers client consultation in business formation, corporate governance, business risk management, business compliance, and business claim counselling. Jermaine is committed to conserving his client’s resources as best as possible. He focuses assiduously on preventing claims from arising where possible and resolving claims and dispute promptly.
